This petite front garden in Camberwell has been completely reimagined into a space that feels elegant, inviting, and full of character – proof that even the smallest gardens can make a lasting impression.
Our lovely client asked us to incorporate discreet bike storage and enhance the entrance experience. In response, we reworked every detail: the old wall was replaced with hand-built brickwork, bespoke piers topped with stone caps, and classic railings that bring back a sense of timeless charm.
At the heart of the layout lies a striking mosaic paving feature, designed to evoke the look of a patterned rug, a distinctive detail that adds texture, rhythm, and a welcoming sense of arrival.
A sculptural olive tree takes centre stage, perfectly framed by the front window, offering structure, elegance, and year-round greenery, while a thoughtfully layered planting palette completes the transformation, softening the lines and bringing seasonal movement and richness to the garden.
